REFUND POLICY

Refunds/Exchange Policy


We do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless you have received a damaged item. Please make sure to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

If requesting to exchange a damaged item, please send an email with an image of the damage, a note attached providing us with order number, style, size, color, reason for request and accurate mailing address. Item must be unused and unworn. 

Non-Refundable Fees
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
Return/exchange shipping and return/exchange pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable.

Shipping
All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, transportation of items, plus additional delivery charges (for large or bulky items, delivery to remote locations, and/or rush delivery).  Shipping costs do not include international tariff charges - please check with your local postal service in your country to determine what fees you may have to pay locally to receive the item.
